Once you have tried our special Coffee/Chocolate potion, you will not want to have anyone else's... Remember the movie "Chocolat" ? That's us... You may enter Casa De Sousa through Olvera Street, upstairs at the W-19 entrance or by coming through the 634 North main Street entrance. We also offer handmade Jewelry and Art made by Mexican and Latin American as well as local artists. Unique giftware and clothing from Peru and Ecuador is imported regularly. Historical information on Mexican muralist David Alfaro Siqueiros as well as Frieda Kahlo are on display in the Coffee Bar. Select prints by Richard Durado are on sale.
Casa De Sousa proudly hosts monthly Art Exhibits and Poetry Circles on the new moon and full moon of each month at 8 pm.
